Beginning yoga is specifically challenging, especially that first step into that initial class. We appreciate this and therefore do all we can to help you have the best experience.

Well you’ve come to the right place! Yoga is enjoying huge growth in popularity, as people across a range of ages and fitness levels realise that yoga can enhance health and quality of life, improve fitness, and increase longevity. We offer a range of classes suited to beginners. Our passionate and knowledgeable team can help you choose the right class to start off with and give you guidance on your progression to other classes to help you stay motivated and happy.

Open/Beginners Level

First stage of practice irrespective of age or condition. Create an initial awakening of awareness and energy throughout the mind-body, yoga therapy. Help rid toxins and relax our nervous system. Learn to move with breath, use the breath to explore poses deeper, correct alignment and how to refine positioning to gradually move into deeper stability with ease. Practice by practice, one strengthens and stretches the entire body, releases chronic tension, discovering simpler sources of balance and openness. While cultivating yoga as a step-by-step process of self discovery and transformation. If you haven’t tried yoga and all the above is too much to get your head around. Step in the studio, relax, enjoy, who cares… it will come !! Anyone can enjoy these classes.

Ashtanga Primary Series

Intended to be a daily practice this powerful, healing practice is a specific sequence of postures (asanas) linking breath (pranayama) and movement (vinyasa.) Ashtanga is an athletic flow combining strength, flexibility and stamina for a complete practice.

Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is different from many yoga classes in the West in that the order of asanas is completely predefined. A practice will comprise four main parts: an “opening sequence,” one of the six main “series”, a back-bending sequence, and a set of inverted asanas, referred to as the “finishing sequence.”

Practice always ends with savasana.

Stretch & Recovery

Slow, methodical class to lower inflammation through postures for that relaxation response. Take your body through several planes of movement focusing on strength and mobility in areas you need it most. Enhance functional mobility and stability as part of your overall conditioning. Can increase performance and decrease injury risk. Suitable for everyone, those wanting a less intense experience.

1:1 Yoga and Massage

The perfect way to understand alignment and release those areas of tension. £60, 2 hours.

1:1 Yoga with choice of teacher = £35 per hour

If you want to master your flow and feel that true engagement or learn a new trick then a 1:1 is where its at.
